Delete your account
You can delete your Calobook account and every record linked to it at any time, from inside the app or by email. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open Calobook and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the dialog. Your account and data are removed immediately and you are returned to the welcome screen.
If you never subscribed and the app shows the subscription screen, the same Delete account link is at the bottom of that screen, next to the Terms and Privacy links.
By email
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email support@calobook.app with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address registered to your Calobook account. We verify that the request comes from the account holder and delete the account within 7 days, then confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile, plan setup answers, health details and plan, including every weekly check-in
- All meals, water, steps, workouts and weigh-ins you logged
- Your recipe sets, notification preferences, push tokens and reminder history
- Analytics linked to your account, on request
Deleted data drops out of our encrypted rolling backups within 30 days. Records that a third party is legally required to keep, such as Apple's or Google's record of a purchase, are governed by their policies. The Privacy Policy lists retention periods in full.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you must cancel there too. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Calobook, Cancel. On Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. If you delete your account and keep the subscription, you will keep being charged for something you cannot use.

- Stop reminders: Profile, Notifications.
- Stop analytics: Profile, Share usage analytics.
- Disconnect Apple Health: Profile, Track steps with Apple Health, Stop syncing steps.
- Sign out: Profile, Sign out. Your data stays in your account until you delete it.
